Rockib Uddin |
Rockib Uddin joined the lab in March of 2021 as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where he conducts whole genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 to understand the spread, evolution, and clinical outcomes of COVID-19 variants in the Mass General Brigham network. His research includes conducting genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2, studying the role that novel variants have in the duration of an infection, and integrating clinical outcomes of respiratory infections with genomic data. Rockib graduated from Boston College in May of 2021 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Global Public Health, and plans to pursue a career in medicine.
